Your role will involve:

• Checking that all necessary approvals and permits are in place prior to proceeding
• Planning the works daily and leading your team
• Monitoring the works against approved Cost Plans
• Liaising with, coordinating and managing subcontractors to effectively plan and deliver work
• Enforcing good construction practices
• Ensuring the delivery of high-specification finishes

You will need:

• A 3rd level qualification in construction
• 5+ years relevant experience including residential projects
• Excellent knowledge of construction operations and procedures
• Must have strong IT Skills (word, excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD) and strong attention to detail, experience with BIM360 is an advantage
