In this position, you will be based on a Design and Build Residential development on a 2.46ha site in Sutton, providing 143 one, two and three bedroom apartments in four blocks of three to five storeys over a basement level. 

A leading, privately owned construction company are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team. Role responsibilities:

• The supervision of subcontractors and others to achieve project production targets in line with programme
• Ensuring workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, quality standards and Health & Safety
• Evaluating and identifying upcoming challenges to prevent emerging issues
• Reporting work progress to Senior level Management
