Foreman –Data Center – Outer Dublin/Kildare
OUR CLIENT:
Our client is a very well established large main contractor with numerous diverse projects. They are heavily involved in the construction of data centers and require a civils foreman to add to their project team.
No previous experience on Data Centers is required for the right candidate with the right attitude.
THE ROLE:
Foreman
DUTIES:
Ensure that works are completed to deliver the schedule
Make sure that work is carried out in accordance with risk assessments and method statements
Manage subcontractors
Ensure that work is carried out to the specifications outlined in the construction drawings
Ensure productivity requirements are met
REQUIREMENTS:
10rs plus experience
Experience on civil and enabling works projects
The ability to interpret technical drawings – such as general arrangements for rebar, setting out and service drawings
Strong management skills
