We are in the market for a Trades Foreman with residential experience to join an expanding residential developer on a project in North Dublin region. Reporting to a Site/Project Manager
you will be responsible for the delivery of the construction trades. The project involves different house and apartment types with established subcontractors who have worked with this company for years.
Duties:
Manage all trade subcontractors and materials to ensure productivity and efficiency
Ensure Site safety during all aspects of the project.
Manage quality and delivery of each unit in line with building regulations
Attending site meeting and liaise with all relevant authorities
Compiling site paperwork
Essential Requirements
5 - 10 years’ construction experience as a foreman
Residential experience on medium to large sites is required
Trade background demonstrating continues professional development
CIF Managing Safely in Construction Cert or equivalent
Good Computer skills to carry out Job Function
