Machine Operator/Junior Groundworks Foreman

• Working Hours strictly 8am to 5pm
• Location of all Company projects are Midland based 

Our client who are a Midlands based Contractor have a Junior Groundworks Foreman opportunity within their company.  With over 60 years of experience in the Irish Construction Industry from Health Centres, Schools, Housing Developments & Private Dwellings in both the Public and Private Sectors. This position is a permanent position and the company has a full order book for 2024 & 2025 with a pipeline of projects in the Midlands region.

If youwork as a Groundworker, Plant Operative or have a background in Civils/Groundworks and aspire to advance your career into a Foreman role. The company has a mentoring system in place to support and enable your transition into this management role.  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the Civils/Groundworks industry, ideally hands-on role such as a Machine Operative 
• Understanding of Health and Safety protocols 
• Ability to foresee issues that may arise during groundworks projects
• Motivated individual with drive and ambition to develop your career and skillset
