Project: Modular Build

Our client who are Irelands leading Modular Building Company are seeking a Site Foreman to join their team. This company focus on four key Irish industry sectors which they believe benefit most for modular construction methods - Education, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical & Commercial. They provide solutions to suit large scale temporary, hybrid and permanent projects lasting over 60 years.

Requirements

• Trade background or Construction related degree
• 5+ years management experience with a medium to large scale developer or contractor
• Knowledge of latest Building regulations and Standards
• Ability to read drawings and plans
• Evaluate and identify upcoming challenges to prevent emerging issues.
• Reporting work progress to Senior level Management
