A leading building contractor with 45 years' experience within the construction industry are seeking to expand their team. They now have a requirement for a permanent Site Foreman with a Carpentry background. This company complete projects within the Commercial, Industrial, Education, Conservation and Healthcare sectors throughout Dublin with average project values between €5m and €7 million.

Requirements

• Carpentry Trade Background essential
• A minimum of 7 years' experience in a Site Foreman position
• Previous experience managing projects to the value of €5 million+
• Experience working with a main contractor on Commerical, Education or Industrial projects  

Benefits

• €60,000 - €70,000 DOE
• Car allowance, Pension & Bonus
