Permanent position

• Working hours are strictly 8am to 5pm
• Location of all company projects are in the Midlands

Join a Midlands-based contractor who are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join their team. They have over 60 years of experience in the Irish Construction Industry from Health Centres, Schools, Housing Developments & Private Dwellings in both the Public and Private Sectors. This is a permanent role based in Edenderry and the company have a full order book for 2022, with a pipeline of projects in the Midlands region.

Requirements:

• A degree qualified or trade background (Essential)
• At least 5 years' management experience
• A proven track record in successfully delivering medium to large-scale projects
• Sound knowledge of latest building regulations, legislation and Health and Safety
• The ability to provide clear leadership and direction to those under your control, while maintaining a professional manner is essential
