A leading property development and investment company in Ireland have a new role for an experienced Site Foreman who is looking to transition into a Quality Coordinator position on their team. You do not require previous quality experience and will be provided with the necessary training for this position.
The company has an extensive residential landbank throughout the Greater Dublin Area comprising a mix of traditional low density suburban new homes and higher density apartments developments. There is a culture of professional development here and you will be able to benefit from further training and progression opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential construction with specific apartment building experience
- A Trade background or Construction Management/Engineering related qualification
- Knowledge of the latest building regulations and standards
- A minimum of 7 years' experience as a Foreman
