Site Foreman/Quality Coordinator - Dublin

Permanent position

A Principal Irish Building Contractor with over 30 years' experience within the Construction industry have a position available for an experienced Site Foreman who is looking to transition into a Quality Coordinator. The candidate does not require previous Quality experience and will be provided with the necessary training and development for this position.

The company have secured a number of projects, with a busy order book for 2023 & 2024. They deliver projects across both the public and private sectors in the areas of Education, Healthcare, Residential and Sports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with medium to large-scale Main Contractors or Developers in Ireland or the UK
• A trade background or Construction Management/Engineering related qualification
• Knowledge of the latest Building Regulations and Standards
• A minimum of 7 years' experience as a Foreman
