Site Manager –Data Center – Amsterdam - Rotation
OUR CLIENT:
Our client is a very well established large main contractor with numerous diverse projects. They are heavily involved in the construction of data centers and require a site manger to add to their project team on a new build datacentre in Amsterdam.
No previous experience on Data Centers is required for the right candidate with the right attitude.
THE ROLE:
Site manager – Civil Structural and Architectural - Amsterdam
DUTIES:
Set up Site, supervise, coordinate and monitor sub-contractors performance
Maintain accurate records of extra works and variations and ensuring appropriate communication of same
Check and understand all drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors / omissions are formally communicated to Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice
Ensure compliance with the company's quality procedures.
Maintaining a tidy, safe and efficient site at all times
Liaising with the client in a professional manner when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
10rs plus experience
Experience on civil and enabling works projects
The ability to interpret technical drawings – such as general arrangements for rebar, setting out and service drawings
Strong management skills
