Established construction company are looking to appoint a Site Manager for new €14M nursing home outside Arklow
18 month program 3 storey building with 100+ bedrooms, nurse stations, dining hall, recreational facilities etc
Trade or degree qualified - preference would be past experience bringing projects out of the ground through to handover
Mixture of project experience would be beneficial i.e. commercial, residential, nursing homes possibly etc
You will manage this project all the way through to fit out and handover
Ongoing projects in South East
€75K + Jeep + package
