Client:                                       Our client an established developer who are now seeking an experienced Site/Project Manager to oversee a 46 unit development in Kinsealy about 5mins from M1/M50 JCT  (Mostly 3 bed semi-detached timber frame).
 
Role:                                     You will have overall site responsibility - your team will include Site Engineer & Site Clerk reporting to visiting Contracts Manager .  Supervision of sub- contractors with an emphasis on quality standards.  Quality control and documentation.  Ensuring all contractors on site are working to the latest set of construction drawings/details.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Monitor quality of workmanship & materials.
