Our client is a leading main Contractor and Developer specializing in residential and commercial building projects in West Dublin, Kildare & Meath. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality developments with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. They are currently seeking an experienced supervisor with strong Timber Frame and Roofing knowledge to join an experienced site team

Job Description: In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the erection of timber frame houses and associated roofing works. Reporting to the Project Manager you will lead a team of skilled workers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the timber frame erection team.
• Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Oversee the installation of timber frames and roofing systems.
• Monitor progress and quality of work.
• Provide training and guidance to site team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a supervisor in timber frame construction.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
