Trades Foreman
We have a requirement for a Trades Foreman on a large residential apartment development, Wicklow
The role will be responsible for all trades such as 1ST & 2ND Fic Carpenters, Mechanical & Electrical, Tiling and painting etc. and report to an on-site Project Manager. Support team Snr Engineer.
Requirements
o Trade back ground, ideally carpentry
o 10 years residential or similar experience as a foreman
o Computer literate to perform job function, such as send and receive emails, access drawings etc.
o Compiling daily reports
Salary/Package offered:
o 50 -55k plus bonus
