The Company:
Join a leading Irish based property development company as a site-based Safety Officer on a €100 million residential scheme. In this role you will be reporting to the Health & Safety manager.

Your role will involve:
Carrying out safety inspections and audits on site and seeking to improve the standard of health and safety
Carrying out site inductions and ensuring all personnel have the required H&S training
Identifying site specific hazards and ensuring they are addressed
Reviewing and updating the construction safety plans
Assisting site management to comply with statutory H&S requirements
The development and implementation of method statements and risk assessments (RAMS)
Carrying out accident and incident investigations
Identify training needs on site for personnel and the contractors
You will need:
A Health and Safety qualification
3-5 years relevant experience
