Primary Function of the Role:

As a Construction Recruitment Account & Sales Manager your role is crucial to the success of the Trades and Labour team and every day will be different. A large portion of your time will be spent visiting customers at site to find out how we can help them, you could find yourself on a construction site one day or visiting a client in their office the next. You should be happy to be hands on. You will deal with customers at all levels from Director to Site Managers to Sole Traders and be able to adapt your approach to the customer in hand.

• You will be able to provide professional consultative selling to all customers and be able to confidently describe and demonstrate all the services and aftercare 3D Personnel can provide.
• Your role will be a mix of traditional cold calling, building existing relationships and developing contacts on site so that we are their first choice when hiring.
• You’ll be managing your own time and at times your car is your office and you’ll be responsible for setting your own diary to ensure you’re visiting your customers when they need you, so you need to be a self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously.
• You will have the back-up of a strong supportive office-based team who are only a phone call away to provide support.
• Additionally, at times, you will provide labour management solutions along with your team, meaning you will get stuck in and call candidates to fill jobs when needs must. Regional Offices in Cork & Dublin.

Who is the right person?

• Ideally you will have previous substantial experience in a like for like role and ideally an understanding of construction or have held a similar role in other industries.
• You will possess lateral thinking, be assertive but approachable and be able to lead a team by setting clear objectives.
• You will have unquestionable sales capability and be comfortable building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Motivating yourself will come naturally.
• Confidence is a must and you will be well presented.
• Capable of overseeing the recruitment process at all stages and having the ability to ensure compliance internally and externally at all stages of the recruitment process is crucial.
• You will have a history of delivering on sales targets and a solid knowledge /background within Construction.
• Be located within the South East region.
