Client: Our client is an International Building & Engineering Contractor headquartered in Ireland who adopt a “hands on” approach to project delivery. The business has grown organically from being a traditional Mechanical & Electrical contractor to a pan-European Main Contractor providing mission critical turnkey building solutions across the industry to include Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial, Pharmaceutical & Industrial. Projects range in value from €30M to in excess €300M
Role: They are now seeking an MEP Lead to join a fast paced collaborative team in Brussels. The project is a hyper-scale new build datacentre. Provide technical support, guidance and direction in overall Delivery of Projects
Responsibilities: Prepares and manages MEP construction schedule and daily planning of work. Be intimately familiar with Subcontractor scope of work, Subcontract agreements, and design drawings, for the ownership of construction execution on time and within budget. Coordinates with Quality Control. Ensures Quality is upheld daily and punch lists are generated and completed in a timely manner. Ensures that Project Controls are maintaining the Contract Documents. Ensures they are at all times up-to-date, with all revised drawings, addenda, and variations. Ensures all project closeout documentation, including project as-built are continuously maintained. Assists in preparation of all project status reports
