Our client is a large international main contractor heavily involved in the construction of data Centers from greenfield site through commissioning and handover.
They are currently seeking an M&E Project manager with a mechanical bias for a Data Center under construction in Poland.
The company would suit a candidate who is proactive, a good communicator and focused on getting the required task completed.
Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will take the lead ensuring the project is delivered to expectation from a mechanical perspective right through to commissioning ad handover.
You will oversee the management of all MEP sub contractors, responsible for MCE Equipment coordination
Duties will include short term programming, site logistics, supervising and managing engineers and subcontractors and providing technical advice.
Coordination with the CSA project manager on the project.
You will also have oversight on project reporting, be confident to chair design team/client meetings and ensure strict health and safety standards are maintained.
Previous experience datacentres would be useful but not essential for candidates with industrial/pharma experience.
This is a PM role so an understanding of planning and cost awareness is essential and a third level qualification would be desirable.
