Role responsibilities include:

• Develop and assign work schedules for the mechanical team and subcontractors.
• Plan and organize daily tasks efficiently.
• Ensure proper handling of mechanical materials and equipment during installation.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with mechanical codes and permits.
• Oversee installation of mechanical equipment like chillers, AHU, pumps, etc
• Review work procedures, method statements etc
• Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure workflow and avoid clashes
• Supervise on site mechanical operations, highlighting issues as they arise
• Liaise with subcontractors

Role requirements:

• Mechanical qualification
• Previous Data Centre experience
• Able to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
