Electrical Project Manager Data Center, Dublin
Our client is a leading International multidisciplined Engineering main contractor involved in the turnkey construction of Data Centers for blue chip operators and end users.
They wish to appoint a highly experienced Project Director to lead the successful delivery of a new Data Centre in Dublin
Duties:
Management of the Electrical Systems package.
Management of Site Safety
Drive a focused Quality. Health, Safety and Environmental culture within your team.
Management of Site QA
Management of Project Schedule
Management of all costs associated with your package including:
Management of Sub-contractors
Management of all day to day site operations
Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.
Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings
Requirements:
Degree qualified in electrical Engineering or equivalent
At least 10 years of contractor management experience
Ability to maintain an overview of projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets
