Role responsibilities include:

• Managing overall project delivery including safety, schedule, quality, cost and budgets
• Managing Sub Contractors and other directly contracted vendors and consultants
• Analysing, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to ensure schedule is maintained
• Responsible for design development and coordination including CDP (Contractor Design Portion)
• Running and leading client & other required meetings

Role requirements include:

• A relevant third-level electrical / construction management degree
• 5+ years experience in a similar position within a mechanical and electrical contracting company
• Data Centre experience is beneficial.
