Lean construction Project Manager

Our Client is a leading Irish main contractor delivering projects in the healthcare, residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, educational , civil engineering and healthcare sectors.
They are currently seeking a project manager/contracts manger level appointment to assist in the continued growth in the implementation and design of a “lean construction” culture and environment within its organisation.
You will report to a company director and take full responsibility for the successful completion of the process coordinating internal stakeholders and external consultants/organisations.
You will be responsible for collating all the information and data required to establish the system and implementing it throughout the organisation.
Ideally you will be at a project manager level with an ability to cooperate with numerous stakeholders and also highly proficient in a process led environment.
Strong experience in operating in a project environment with multiple stakeholders
A strong awareness of consensus building tools and techniques
Excellent presentation, communication and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical thinking ability
A foundation in Lean Management concepts or a strong interest in such
ability to work independently
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
The role would suit a client side PM with lean construction experience or a main contracting PM with an interest and a knowledge in this area.
The salary and benefits on offer are very much dependable on experience but will reflect market conditions
