Client:                                     Our client is an International Building & Engineering Contractor headquartered in Ireland who adopt a “hands on” approach to project delivery. The business has grown organically from being a traditional Mechanical & Electrical contractor to a pan-European Main Contractor providing mission critical turnkey building solutions across the industry to include Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial, Pharmaceutical & Industrial. Projects range in value from €30M to in excess €300M
 
Role:                            They are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager  to join their fast paced collaborative team in Frankfurt.  You will take the lead ensuring the project is delivered to expectation from a mechanical perspective right through to commissioning ad handover.  You should be proactive, a good communicator and focused on getting the required tasks completed on time in accordance with the project schedule.
Responsibilities:         Short term programming, site logistics, supervising and managing engineers and subcontractors. Order materials and provide technical advice when required.
Coordination with both the CSA and electrical lead on the project.
You will also engage in the oversight of project reporting.  Manage design team/client meetings and ensure strict health and safety standards are met and maintained.
