• Residential and Commercial projects of up to €300m in value

In this position, you will be taking a prestigious development from the design stage right through to delivery and completion.

You will need:

• 10+ years' relevant experience including Project Management
• Experience in the planning stages of developments
• Experience with both a Developer & Main Contractor

A development or design background would be beneficial but is not essential.
