Client:
Our client is an established construction company delivering construction, infrastructure and fit-out projects in Ireland.
They are now hiring a Project Manager for mid to high value building projects in Dublin
Responsibilities:
Take overall responsibility for delivery of projects.
Contributes to the development of the overall approach for the programme, its major time frames and the definition of its major deliverables to address and meet the desired goals and outcomes.
Compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standards.
Manage client / design teams reporting to Construction Director.
Overall site & project responsibility.
Monitor and coordinate dependencies across the projects, and resolves conflicts.
Working closely with Planning Manager.
Requirements:
Relevant Third level Degree.
5yrs PM experience in Ireland or overseas (Pharma, Data, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, high density residential, commercial).
Proven experience running large projects.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Market leading salary, company car / allowance, pension, CPD etc.
