Project Manager (Urgent) – Clonakilty, Cork
5/6 month contract - Interviews to by conducted via Skype
In this role, you will lead a residential project of €20m in value, controlling the Safety, Cost, Planning, Technical, Programme and Execution of the works of all construction processes.

You will need:
- 7-10 years’ experience as a Project/Construction Manager
- Experience managing teams and coordinating work (dealing with all levels/depts of site works)
- To be an expert in all tools related to digital and visual representation
