Project Manager (CSA) Data Centre Construction Main Contractor

Our client is the main contractor for the construction of a data centre on the South side of County Dublin. They require a Project Manager reporting to a director of the company.
The company’s involvement on the project will be complete from enabling works through architectural/structural design and build and M&E installation to handover
Understand project technical requirements / constraints and programme deadlines.
Manage subcontractors on site
Liaise with subcontractors / design team and client team to develop methodology for the works
Manage on site construction team for the successful delivery of the project
Understanding budget constraints and manage job costs.
Liaison with commercial team to maintain cost control.
Preparation and submittal of weekly progress reports including programme updates
Management of handovers to client.
Preparing and attending progress meetings with clients and/or representatives
Manage Health and Safety aspects of the project
Previous experience on data centre construction obviously an advantage but not a necessity.
Minimum 10 yrs. Experience.
