Alpine currently has an opportunity for an established Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a high profile developer
150 apartments 4 blocks in DCU
You will assume full control for the build reporting to Construction Director
You will have a proven track record in the delivery of similar scale projects with main contractors or developers in Ireland or UK
Trade or degree qualified
Team includes Site Manager, Site Engineer, Site Admin & BCAR/QA
Strong appreciation of design, scheduling, value engineering, H&S, client facing etc
Salary + package negotiable or lump sum self-employed
