Construction Project Manager Developer
Project Manager required by a leading Commercial and Residential developer to manage the day to day running of a large Sites in Dublin.
Our client has a diverse portfolio of Multi Million Euro building projects in the Dublin City region and are looking for a competent Project Manager to manager their interest. Typically managing main contractor appointment, site construction works, appointed consulting firms etc.
Typical Duties
Managing projects from design to completion,
Management of appointed Consultants and Main Building Contractor.
Involved with Project design reviews and input.
Maintaining compliance with safety, environmental and quality
Preparing and executing engineering programs associated with Projects.
Preparation of technical documentation.
Monitoring Cost and Budget.
Requirements
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or Architecture
Minimum 10 years’ experience with 3 years at Project Management client side
Experience working within structured systems.
Good oral and written communications skills
Capable of presenting themselves in a professional manner to client.
