We are in the market for Site/Project Manager with residential experience to join an expanding residential developer on a project in North Dublin region. Based on a large project you will be responsible for the delivery of the construction over phases while reporting to a Contract Manager. The project involves different house and apartment types with established subcontractors who have worked with this company for years.

Duties:
Manage all subcontractors and materials to ensure productivity and efficiency
Ensure Site safety during all aspects of the project.
Produce daily and weekly work programmes
Manage quality and delivery of each unit in line with building regulations
Chair weekly site meeting and liaise with all relevant authorities

Essential Requirements

10 years’ construction experience as a Site Manager/Construction Manager.
Be able to demonstrate residential experience on medium to large sites
Third level Construction Qualification or Trade background demonstrating continues professional development
CIF Managing Safely in Construction Cert or equivalent
Good Computer skills to carry out Job Function
