Project Manager Client side
We are in the market to recruit an experienced Project Manager for a leading consulting practice in Dublin. The role will be head office-based travelling to sites in Dublin and other County locations.
Our client has a diverse portfolio of building projects both in the Public and Private sector ranging from 2 million to 300 Million euro.
Candidates either with a Main contracting background could also be suitable .
Typical Duties
Managing projects from design to completion,
Management of Main Building Contractors.
Involved with Project design reviews and input.
Maintaining compliance with safety, environmental and quality
Preparing and executing engineering programs associated with Projects.
Preparation of technical documentation.
Monitoring Cost and Budget.
Requirements
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum 10 years’ experience with 3 years in Project Management
Experience working within structured systems.
Good oral and written communications skills
Capable of presenting themselves in a professional manner to client.
