Dublin City Council are hiring a Project Manager (Senior Executive Professional Level) on a 2-year temporary contract within the City Coordination Office.

What You'll Do:

- Lead delivery of mixed-use construction projects from -  inception to completion.
- Manage multiple projects across the Interim Project Management Unit, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee performance monitoring, risk management, scheduling, budgeting, coordination and implementation.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For:

- Certified as a Senior Executive Engineer, Senior Executive Architect or Senior Executive Quantity Surveyor.
- Proven expertise in construction programme and project management, especially in delivering quality mixed-use schemes.

Role Details:

- Salary: €79,090 - €98,708 annually
- Contract Duration: 2 years (Temporary)
