They secured a commercial project in East Cork, 2yr program
Looking for PM to run the project thru to completion on budget to program
Manage the site team, design team, subcontractors & client
Take ownership HSQE function
Manage risk, programme planning & deliverables
Support the Project QS with contract costs variations projections

Relevant qualifications
Degree or trade qualified, preferably coming from main contracting background
Proven record delivering Commercial & Residential projects.
Delivering projects from design stage to completion

Market leading salary with car/allowance, pension, VHI, annual bonus etc
