A leading Irish Building Contractor are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This company has built a reputation of consistently delivering projects to the highest standards. They are a dynamic, multi-disciplined contractor that work across numerous sectors including Fit Out, Healthcare, Commercial, Data Centre, Education and Residential throughout Ireland.  This is a permanent position and you will be based on a New Build €15 million Apartment development based in Raheny, Dublin 5. 

Requirements:

• The successful Project Manager will have at least 7 years' experience working for Main Building Contractors or Residential Developers
• A proven track record of having successfully project managed medium to large-scale Residential apartment projects
• To be experienced from Civils to Project Handover
• A solid technical background, with hands-on experience in project delivery
