Project Manager required by a leading developer to manage the day to day running of a large residential Site Dublin. The successful candidate will be degree/diploma qualified in Construction or strong management background from a trade qualification

Candidates must have thorough knowledge of building practices and current building regulations couple with excellent client facing skills.

Duties
• Responsible for the day to day running of the project
• Manage staff & sub-contractors
• Manage the interface with the client & design teams to ensure & maintain a good working relationship
• Provide regular project reports to management
• Manage all phases of the project
• Responsible for ensuring HSE & Quality matters are properly managed on site.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma Qualified on Construction or Trade with Strong Management background
• 10 years’ experience working with a Main Contractor
• Residential Experience is key
• Good leadership & communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of building practices and regulations
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent client facing skills
• Good computer skills to fulfil job function
