Euro Executive Recruitment has been exclusively retained to recruit a Senior Project Manager to oversee a project based in Wembley, London. This project involves the conversion of a large scale office development into 400 living units. Overall project value is circa £40m.
The successful candidate will oversee construction project from start to finish, including working closely with internal processes and procedures and reporting to the company Directors. The PM is responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget and the role involves close communication with contractors and clients.
The remuneration package on offer with this role reflects the seniority of the position.
The Role:
  • Plan and direct projects, managing time, budgets and resources to ensure project objectives and deadlines are achieved.
  • Lead safety culture, initiatives and performance for the project to achieve safety targets.
  • Provide leadership to the project team through personal interaction, employee engagement and teamwork to deliver site construction, commissioning and close out.
  • Positively develop and manage a strong customer relationship.
  • Implement project resources and structures to ensure efficient use of equipment, site facilities, purchasing and labour resources.
  • Identify areas for development and provide innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Experience leading and delivering multi-million Pound projects specifically covering Structural, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical works.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
  • Proven experience managing large teams of trades personnel on construction projects.
  • Excellent customer relationship and client facing skills.
  • Proven dedication to safety and delivering projects with a focus on safety, well-being and development of employees.
  • Experience accurately forecasting and managing project costs, resources and procurement.
