We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a Main Contractor within the Irish construction industry. This is a permanent position, you will be based on a residential development of 363 houses and apartments in Gorey, Co. Wexford. This company also specialise in the Commercial, Industrial and Refurbishment sectors and have developed a premium team of experienced professionals.

Requirements:

•  7-10 years' experience working for main building contractors/developers in Ireland or the UK
• A trade background or construction related degree
• Good knowledge of latest building regulations and standards
• A proven track record having previously managed residential projects from inception to completion
• The ability to manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
