Our client are an established national construction company
They are looking to appoint a PM to oversee a large-scale housing project in Gorey just off the M11
Phase 1 is an 18 month project consisting of mostly semi-detached with some apartments & creche
Ideally you will have worked in similar type role with residential experience for contractor/developer
Salary /package negotiable to secure the right candidate
