Our client, a top Building Contractor, requires a Site Manager / Project Manager for a commercial building extension in Naas, Kildare.

It is a green field to finish project. Most of the contractors work is north of Kildare and you will be kept busy in this region.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the Safety Management System on site
• Implement the Quality Management System on site
• Working to an agreed programme and planning future works to avoid delays
• Requisitioning materials required on site in time and to the correct specification
• Attend various meetings to ensure the efficient communication of all issues that affect day to day running of the site
• Organising daily whiteboard meetings
• Management of all day to day onsite activity

The successful candidate will have:

• Site Management or Project Management experience on construction projects in Ireland or the UK
• Experience managing projects from start to completion
• Experience working in general contracting
• The right to work in the EU
