Join a leading Irish main contractor who specialise in both construction & civil engineering over the past 60 years. This company has an excellent reputation with being responsible for the development of highly regarded projects in the residential, commercial and the educational sectors. Working with this company will allow you to be exposed to high profile developments as well as working alongside some of the most experienced and skilled workers in their field.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage Soft Landings & Aftercare Team
- Host regular meetings with stakeholders for information gathering
- Coordinate and manage soft landings and aftercare activities for construction projects
- Use digital tracking tools for reports and live dashboards
- Provide input into Commissioning and Building Readiness Programs
- Assist clients with migration and occupation planning
- Manage the Aftercare Team and establish communication channels
- Compile and publish building performance data, including energy usage
- Coordinate fine-tuning and seasonal commissioning with MEP and BMS specialists
- Assist Construction Team with post-completion defects
- Manage specialist contractors during the Aftercare period
- Develop communication and training protocol for employer parties
Who are we looking for?
- Degree qualification in construction management, engineering, or similar
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
- Excellent communicator, builds strong relationships with stakeholders
- Effective data management
- Manage and coordinate tasks within Soft Landings and Aftercare Team
- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems and Building Systems
- Proficient IT skills
