Our client is an established national contractor
They are looking to recruit Sr PM to manage €50M design & build hotel project in North Dublin
From demolition to handover it’s a 2yr program
You will come from contracting or developer background
Previous hotel project experience advantageous
Previous design & build project experience advantageous
Salary €110K+ with bonus plus full package
