Client:                                 Our client is an International Building & Engineering Contractor headquartered in Ireland who adopt a “hands on” approach to project delivery. The business has grown organically from being a traditional Mechanical & Electrical contractor to a pan-European Main Contractor providing mission critical turnkey building solutions across the industry to include Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial, Pharmaceutical & Industrial. Projects range in value from €30M to in excess €300M
 
Role:                                     They are now seeking an experienced Quality Control/Assurance Supervisor to join their fast paced collaborative team in Kildare.
Responsibilities:              Planning and conducting quality audits and inspection to verify the implementation of quality control.  Ensure all company’s quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained on-site.  Generate project specific quality plans as per project requirements.  Ensure all subcontractors’ quality systems and plans are effective, acceptable and in accordance with company policies.  Liaise with the client’s quality assurance and control team to ensure all potential quality issues are fully resolved.  Ensure necessary guidance and input are provided to onsite staff for improvement to attain project feasibility.
 
Skills:
Experience in a similar role within an Electrical environment (Hi-Tech/Pharma/Data Centre projects).
BS in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering.   (Electrical trade qualification with strong experience will be considered).
Experience utilizing Autodesk BIM360 Field software.
Experienced in personnel management, staffing and scheduling.
Process driven and focuses on Quality Work Management Systems and Processes.
