We have an immediate vacancy for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have the following:

We have an immediate vacancy for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have the following:
- Primary degree in Quantity Surveying, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Assisting with the management of commercial and contractual aspects of relationships with customers, consultants and subcontractors
- Preparation and submission of interim valuations to client, including measured work.
- Assess subcontractor payment entitlement and process payments
- Work closely with contract and site management staff to support the smooth running of the office and the site, carrying out other duties as required
- 0 to 5 years relevant experience.
- Thorough knowledge of the Irish Construction & Civil Engineering industry, including public procurement; Public Works Contracts, and associated methods of measurement.
- Assist with the procurement and management of materials, subcontractor, consultant, and specialist packages.
- Good time management skills, experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and manage more than one project at a time.
- Ambition, self-motivation, and initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- You will manage your works in accordance with company HSQE procedures.
- Full clean Irish/EU driving licence.
