O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Project Quantity Surveyor for a Residential Project based in Galway.

Job Requirements:

Third level qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
4-6 years’ experience in either Quantity Surveying roles in a Construction/Engineering business with Main Contractor
Experience in residential builds is required
High Level of legal awareness and competence in assessing Contract requirements
Knowledge and awareness of contractual and commercial Management
