Asgard Cleanroom Solutions Ltd are a leading Irish contractor based in Kilkenny with operations throughout Ireland and Europe.
 
We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our project team overseeing all commercial aspects from tender through to final account. Ideally you should have 2 - 3 years relevant experience with a recognised Main / Sub-contractor in Ireland or the UK.
 
 Applicants should have proven ability and be able to demonstrate:

• Strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to maximise commercial results for the project.
• Manage project procurement.
• Prepare cost / value reconciliation reports.
• Prepare and agree interim valuations at the agreed dates.
• Prepare, and in conjunction with senior management, agree final account with client’s representative.
• Agree final accounts with subcontractors to maximise project margins.
