Our client is a well- established specialist subcontractor based in Cork involved in the fit-out of modular constrictions in the pharma/life science and Data Center sectors

Their projects are oftentimes between 6 months and 1 year in duration and can be in different/multiple locations in Europe and domestically in Ireland.

They are seeking a Senior QS/Commercial Manager within their organisation oversee the successful commercial success of these projects.

The successful applicant will report directly to the Managing Director of the company and oversee a small commercial team with continuous liaison with contract managers on all projects.

The project range in value from 500k to several million depending on the size of the project.

Typical works would include the design and delivery of clean room upgrades, composite wall installation, ceiling construction and installation of internal/external doors.

This role would suit a candidate from an internal fit-out sub-contractor background or indeed a senior QS within a Main Contractor who is seeking a broader role

The company will offer a very attractive salary package for the right candidate which is negotiable in terms of it’s make up.

This is a senior level role within a growing company with the opportunity to develop as the company grows. You will be involved in all strategic company commercial decisions at the top-level.
