Senior Quantity Surveyor (Developer) - Kildare

Our client is a leading property company who develop, project manage and sell property in Ireland.

They are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee multiple Residential projects based in Kildare.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Significant experience with a developer or a residential construction company
• Must have experience in either housing or apartment projects
• Strong team management experience
• Must have strong measurement and take off skills
• Must have strong knowledge of building detail and construction technology
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
