Senior Quantity Surveyor Developer – North Dublin Region

Our client is a top tier developer who has been responsible for the construction of over 2000units in Ireland as well as successful business in the UK. They are one of the most respected residential developer in the country.
They are starting a number of new projects in the Dublin region and are expanding their team. They have a requirement for a senior Quantity Surveyor to work from their office on the in North West part of the M50. One of their main projects is based in the airport region.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with a developer or main contractor. You will be capable of setting up all cost management systems, working closely with the design/site team to help value engineer the projects. You will be responsible for procurement of sub-contractors, valuations and payments etc.
This is a genuine opportunity to get in with one of the largest residential developers as they start their operations in Ireland again. You will have the chance to develop a team and move into a managing surveyor role.
An excellent package is on offer including transport and a very generous bonus scheme. You will be offer the opportunity of managing surveyor going forward so you must demonstrate your potential to fill this role.
