Site Clerk or Administrator South Dublin outside of M50

The company we are recruiting this role for are a Top Tier main Contractor with a nationwide presence.
They require a Site Clerk/administrator with some knowledge of BCAR for a multi million dollar mixed use development in Dublin.
Keep the information flow moving to and from all internal and external parties, including RFIs, Minutes etc.
Design Co-ordination: For both Internal/External parties, ensure timely receipt of Drawings for each parties’ design progression.
Compilation & Co-ordination of Planning, Building Control(Including BCAR) & Utility Applications.
Maintaining ISO Standard document control.
Good attention to detail & organisational skills.
Confident in dealing with Sub-contractors, Clients and Design Teams alike.
IT Proficient: MS Office Suite, File Sharing Software e.g. BIM 360 Docs.
Relevant 3rd level qualification desirable e.g. Construction Management/Construction Technology.
